This was an attempt by a private seo company to create an industry wide code of ethics standard. It failed because, as the title suggests, it is also promoting its own company which no one else wants to promote. However it does try to sell a code of ethics to the industry that should be expected off any ethical SEO company. Learn why search engine companies may not like seo firms and find out why SEO as an industry has many issues that make it difficult to regulate and guarantee quaity of standards across the board.
